Averna Amaro 750ML

Averna is a Sicilian amaro with a bittersweet, herbal flavor built around caramelized sugar, orange peel, and a mix of botanicals steeped in a neutral spirit base. It's traditionally sipped after a meal, either neat or over ice, and also works well in cocktails calling for amaro. The 750ml bottle is available for local delivery in downtown LA.

Averna traces back to a Sicilian abbey recipe from the mid-1800s, later commercialized by the Averna family. It remains one of the most widely recognized Italian amaros, known for a smoother, sweeter style compared to more bitter amaro styles.
