Cline Family Cellars was founded by Fred Cline in 1982 on a commitment to heritage vineyards and land stewardship. Beginning in Oakley with century-old vine plantings, the winery relocated to Carneros in 1989 and became a leader in California's Rhone-varietal movement, focusing on grapes such as Mourvedre and Zinfandel.
