High West A Midwinter Nights Dram 750ML

This limited-edition, port-barrel-finished rye offers a delightful balance of vanilla and caramel sweetness, combined with warming cinnamon and spice notes that bring out subtle plum and dried-fruit characteristics.

High West was founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins. A biochemist by training, David was inspired by similarities between fermentation processes and distilling when visiting another distillery. Based in Park City, Utah, High West received Distiller of the Year recognition from Whisky Advocate in 2016.
