Balcones Baby Blue 92 750ML

Balcones Baby Blue is a Texas whiskey distilled from 100% roasted blue corn rather than the more common yellow corn, giving it a distinctly nutty, toasty sweetness instead of classic bourbon caramel notes. Bottled at 92 proof, it's meant to be sipped neat to appreciate its unusual corn-forward character. The 750ml bottle stands out for whiskey drinkers looking for something different. Pick it up in downtown LA.

Balcones Distilling is a craft whiskey producer based in Waco, Texas, one of the pioneers of the modern Texas whiskey movement. The distillery is known for experimental grains and techniques, including its signature use of roasted blue corn.
