Montelobos Espadin 750ML

This mezcal opens with a sweet note on the palate, offering the right balance between fresh and toasted agave, before it morphs into dried stone fruits with herbal notes and smoke.

Montelobos blends time-honored mezcal craft with a genuine commitment to sustainability. This unaged mezcal is built from 100% organic Espadin agave roasted underground in a volcanic stone pit with two different wood types for five days. Once stone-milled traditionally and fermented wild in open pine vats, it develops complex character.
