This Santi Valpolicella Ripasso is an Italian red from the Veneto region, made using the ripasso method where the wine is re-fermented on Amarone grape skins to add richness, dried cherry, and raisin-like depth to the classic Valpolicella profile. It pairs well with braised meats or aged cheeses. This 750ml bottle is available for pickup at our downtown LA store.
