The sweet, pale 'Blanc' style of Vermouth was created in 1821, alongside Dolin Dry and Rouge, in Chambery, France. Dolin invented the Blanc style long before Italian producers replicated with Bianco. Served traditionally with sliced strawberry and splash of soda over ice, with lemon twist. Also enjoy with Blanco Tequila or White Rum. Pair with hard, salty cheese and a fresh fruit.
